  • Payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Services under the category International Office Services are strictly non-refundable, due to administrative processing, third-party coordination, and cross-border involvement.

  • Any refund approved at our sole discretion may be subject to deductions for work completed and administrative costs.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights available under applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Where services involve applications, submissions, regulatory approvals, or dealings with third parties or government authorities, we do not guarantee approval or specific outcomes unless expressly confirmed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Submit lawful and genuine documents.

  • Respond promptly to communications and requests.

We shall not be responsible for delays, rejections, or negative outcomes caused by incomplete information, third-party decisions, or regulatory authorities.
